California Licensed Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

California Licensed Senior Electrical Engineer, responsible for leading electrical engineering design and team development for data center projects in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Electrical Engineering design standards for quality and cost-effectiveness
• Perform project design reviews and coordinate internal approvals with stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance on electrical systems design and support the O&M team with troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred); PE license is a plus
• 8-12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in data centers or large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and industry codes and standards
• Experience with design tools and interpreting construction documents
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers in a team environment
