Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Employment Attorney will represent and manage an individual caseload primarily in pre-litigation, supervise associate attorneys, and play a key role in recruiting and developing the legal team, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Represent and grow an individual caseload, focusing on pre-litigation matters
- Supervise and manage the productivity and quality of service provided by associate attorneys
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Required qualifications
- California State Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Employment law
- Extensive knowledge of all stages of litigation
- Experience in managing and mentoring legal professionals
- Familiarity with a variety of employment-related claims, including wrongful termination and discrimination
