California Licensed Senior Equipment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Equipment Engineer to serve as the technical lead on equipment systems for drug manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and qualification of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product equipment
• Manage equipment-related projects and participate in CAPEX/OPEX/continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as System Owner for process equipment and oversee risk assessments and change control activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with process systems and equipment
• Proven ability to lead risk assessments and project startup/commissioning
• Bachelor's in Engineering with 5-10 years of related experience, or a Master's in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or a P.E. License
