Job Summary

California Licensed Senior Estimator, seeking a full-time, salaried professional to prepare detailed and competitive estimates for structural steel and miscellaneous metal projects while ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review bid invitations, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and requirements
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure project costs align with budget expectations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of previous estimating experience within structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals
• Strong understanding of fabrication, construction methods, and blueprint reading
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
