California Licensed Senior Estimator
Job Summary
To support high-voltage electrical projects, the full-time California Licensed Senior Estimator will independently evaluate complex RFP packages, prepare detailed EPC cost estimates, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate RFP packages to determine project scope, risks, and constructability
- Prepare detailed multi-discipline EPC cost estimates and lead the development of full proposal packages
- Coordinate site visits and engage with subcontractors and vendors to secure pricing inputs
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical estimating, ideally in the electric utility or EPC sectors
- Advanced proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and construction specifications
- Experience with estimating software and developing construction schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate across departments
