California Licensed Senior Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting strategic decision-making, the full-time California Licensed Senior Finance Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and lead budgeting processes in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key financial resource for leadership by providing analytical support for strategic planning and decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to aid in organizational planning and performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess program viability and ensure fiscal sustainability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or a closely related field required
- Experience with governmental or nonprofit organizations, especially Joint Powers Authorities, preferred
- Master's degree in finance, Business Administration (MBA), or Accounting preferred
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred
