Job Summary

Seeking a full-time California Licensed Senior Financial Analyst, the role will manage financial analysis tasks including month-end variance research, forecast preparation, and collaboration with regional finance teams, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analytical tasks, including variance research and monthly forecast analysis
• Collaborate with regional finance teams on weekly reporting and participate in the annual budget process
• Lead accounting team during month-end to provide analysis focused on event and non-event variances

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of comparable work experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheet and database software
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
