California Licensed Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise between business units and HR functions to align strategies with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and advise on organizational design and change management
• Utilize HR analytics to inform business decisions and improve employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant HR experience, primarily with a California workforce
• 2 years of experience in a late-stage start-up environment
• Experience in a matrix organization and preferably in a union environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) required; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
