California Licensed Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Senior HR Consultant will serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers, ensuring compliance with HR policies, conducting investigations, and maintaining HR metrics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, providing expertise and recommendations for workplace improvements
• Conduct research on employee and labor relations trends to identify areas needing intervention
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain effective recordkeeping and data integrity

Required qualifications

• Five years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
• Five years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, and ADAAA compliance
• Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
