California Licensed Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support client leaders and employees, the remote, part-time California Licensed Senior HR Consultant will provide guidance on performance management, collaborate on action plans for performance gaps, and conduct internal investigations related to workplace issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provides consulting and guidance on performance management processes
• Collaborates with leaders to develop action plans addressing performance gaps
• Conducts internal investigations and summarizes findings for review by relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• B.A. in Business or Social Sciences
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2+ years in a lead or specialist role
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Strong knowledge of California labor law and federal employment regulations
• Experience diagnosing and resolving performance issues
