California Licensed Senior Hydrogeologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Hydrogeologist (Seller-Doer) to support and expand its Environmental Investigation and Remediation practice in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand an environmental investigation and remediation client portfolio through new client acquisition and repeat business
• Manage staff workload, project expectations, budgets, schedules, and performance for environmental investigation and remediation projects
• Provide hydrogeologic technical leadership and conduct field investigations, including aquifer testing and site characterization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Certified Hydrogeologist (CHg) license in California
• 10-20 years of progressive consulting experience in geology/hydrogeology
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience
• Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, California Water Board, and other CalEPA programs
