California Licensed Senior Hydrogeologist

Job Summary

To support and expand the Environmental Investigation and Remediation practice throughout California, the full-time salaried California Licensed Senior Hydrogeologist (Seller-Doer) will manage business development efforts, lead multidisciplinary project teams, and provide technical expertise in hydrogeology, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a client portfolio through new client acquisition and repeat business
• Lead and motivate project teams to meet goals, budgets, and schedules for environmental investigation and remediation projects
• Provide hydrogeologic technical leadership and conduct field investigations, including aquifer testing and site characterization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field
• California Professional Geologist (PG) or Certified Hydrogeologist (CHg) license
• 10-20 years of progressive consulting experience in geology/hydrogeology
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience
• Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, and California Water Board programs
