Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Insurance Defense Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex insurance defense files from inception through resolution
• Lead litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Serve as day-to-day lead attorney on assigned matters and mentor junior attorneys

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required
• 8+ years of insurance defense / civil litigation experience
• Meaningful trial experience and courtroom exposure is necessary
• Ability to independently lead and manage litigation files
• Experience in deposition, motion practice, and strategic case management
