Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Investigator, the full-time remote position will assess and investigate reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation while conducting thorough investigations and collaborating with campus partners on civil rights issues in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, investigate, and resolve discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints, creating comprehensive reports
• Document interviews and maintain detailed, confidential case files while staying informed of trends in civil rights
• Provide guidance on non-discrimination and equal opportunity matters, delivering training to university communities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of directly related investigation experience in civil rights
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws governing discriminatory practices and equal opportunity
• Ability to conduct unbiased interviews and investigations while managing multiple deadlines effectively
• Exceptional writing skills and experience developing educational materials
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
