California Licensed Senior ITS Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a diverse portfolio of transportation projects, the remote California Licensed Senior ITS Engineer will manage project delivery, support business development, and develop innovative solutions for clients while collaborating with local and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the delivery of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Develop policy guidance and implementation plans while authoring reports and white papers on advanced transportation technology initiatives
• Engage in business development activities to expand the project pipeline and foster client relationships

Required qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration in one or more states
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the transportation industry with increasing responsibility
• At least five years of experience with ITS and transportation technologies in planning, design, or implementation
• U.S. work authorization required
• Adherence to safety policies and professional conduct standards
