California Licensed Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney for a long-term, fully remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, research, and argue complex motions in federal and state courts
• Manage all aspects of litigation from pre-trial negotiations through trial and appeals
• Provide strategic guidance for large, multi-party business and civil litigation cases

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate
• Active membership with the California Bar in good standing
• Extensive litigation experience, preferably 3+ years in complex commercial or corporate litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting legal motions and briefs
• Ability to handle all phases of litigation, including negotiations and appeals
