California Licensed Senior Loan Officer

Job Summary

To drive the Credit Union's commercial real estate lending initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Senior Loan Officer will develop relationships with brokers and businesses, manage loan production, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow business development activities while maintaining loan pipeline statistics
• Generate annual commercial real estate loan production and implement effective production strategies
• Mentor business loan officers and ensure exceptional member service and loan quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Eight years or more of commercial banking and commercial loan origination experience required
• Knowledge of commercial real estate lending requirements and applicable federal and state laws
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and commercial loan origination systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization
