California Licensed Senior Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Senior Loan Officer will build rapport with borrowers, analyze financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products, and manage multiple inbound leads in a remote or on-site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and leverage customer relationships to meet and exceed borrower expectations
• Analyze financial situations and advise customers on suitable loan products
• Lock loans at point of sale and submit initial loan packages to production staff

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and achieve top producer status
• Ability to accurately structure and price loans
• Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
• Current NMLS license, including passing the national test and completing a 20-hour course
