California Licensed Senior Loan Processor
Job Summary
To support the West Coast region, the full-time California Licensed Senior Loan Processor will manage the loan processing workflow by obtaining necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing loan packages for underwriting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submission to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with Loan Originators, customers, and Underwriters to obtain necessary documentation and ensure timely processing
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
- Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
- Excellent math and analytical skills
