California Licensed Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Manager will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls for a portfolio of clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Lead core accounting functions and design scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA, CMA, CGMA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or outsourced services
• Demonstrated experience leading accounting operations at a controller or equivalent level
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity environments
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
