Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, End User Productivity - Microsoft Identity Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global Microsoft Identity Squad, providing technical and operational leadership across identity platforms
• Act as the Americas regional service owner for Microsoft Identity Platforms, ensuring service health, availability, and performance
• Manage regional incidents and problem resolution, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Architecture-related certification (e.g., TOGAF) preferred
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity and Access Management technologies
• Solid understanding of modern authentication and identity security best practices
• 7+ years of experience in technical, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles
• Experience in modernizing on-premises identity services to cloud-based platforms
