California Licensed Senior Manager of Enrollment

Job Summary

To support a growing health plan team, the full-time California Licensed Senior Manager of Enrollment will oversee enrollment and eligibility operations, ensuring compliance and continuity for PACE participants while leading a high-performing team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and operational standards for census, enrollment, and eligibility, translating regulatory requirements into scalable workflows
• Provide oversight for day-to-day enrollment and Medicaid re-eligibility operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution
• Lead operational performance management, including KPIs and audits, while driving corrective actions through cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in health insurance operations, with at least 2 years in team leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in Medicaid and Medicare eligibility, particularly in Medicaid re-eligibility processes
• Background in capitated health plan financials; experience with PACE is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, or a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
