California Licensed Senior Manager, Scientific Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Manager, Scientific Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scientific communication strategies and manage communication plans for assigned products
• Research, draft, and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations while ensuring adherence to publication guidelines
• Facilitate expert meetings and support scientific congresses and advisory board meetings as needed

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or higher) in life or health sciences
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in scientific communications, publication planning, or medical writing
• Experience in rare metabolic conditions is an advantage
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Solid understanding of publication development activities and principles of scientific writing and editing
