California Licensed Senior Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

Leading a team of practitioners, the full-time California Licensed Senior Occupational Therapist will provide direct telehealth services, supervise other therapists, and support clinical operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload for direct occupational therapy and language services online, including evaluations and treatment
• Serve as a Clinical Supervisor for assigned occupational therapists and/or graduate students
• Ensure overall productivity of the assigned team and assist with direct services as needed

Required qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA Occupational Therapy license
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
