A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant - California Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Execute California regular rate of pay calculations and process semi-monthly payroll
Ensure compliance with California wage & hour laws and develop payroll policies
Conduct payroll analysis and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for alignment

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of payroll experience with expertise in California wage & hour laws
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required
Experience managing payroll with complex commission structures
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ADP Workforce Now and UKG
Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
