California Licensed Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Legal) to oversee the organization and coordination of a statewide legal action and resource hub in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement the Civil Rights Hub strategy to engage local officials in California
• Develop relationships with local leaders and stakeholders to support legal strategy and coordination
• Serve as project manager for California program initiatives, managing project plans and tracking activities

Required Qualifications

• Law degree required
• 8 - 10+ years of experience, with at least 6+ years in legal practice
• Experience managing people or running a team preferred
• Prior experience working with government officials or in public affairs
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders required
