Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects, the full-time California Licensed Senior Program Manager in Healthcare Services will oversee clinical operations initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and member experience while working remotely during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple clinical operations projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Develop project status reports and lead update meetings with stakeholders, addressing risks and action items
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and create executive-level dashboards and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare or Business Administration
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of project management principles; PMP certification preferred
• Moderate to strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Familiarity with data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
