California Licensed Senior Program Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of enhancing California Community Colleges, the full-time California Licensed Senior Program Specialist will manage technology-focused programs, provide user support and training, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technology-focused programs and projects from planning through completion, ensuring objectives and quality standards are met
• Develop expertise in assigned technology platforms, providing user support, training, and troubleshooting for diverse stakeholders
• Guide users through platform transitions by delivering clear communication and training that promotes successful adoption

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience in program support or coordination
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and other collaborative digital tools
• Familiarity with Atlassian products, particularly JIRA, for project task tracking
• Demonstrated experience in change management practices, including stakeholder communication and user adoption strategies
• Experience managing projects and applying agile methodologies preferred
