California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an As-Needed Senior Project Manager - CEQA/NEPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and client coordination for complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Ensure high-quality technical work and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead client advocacy efforts in regulatory and permitting processes while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience with the California Environmental Quality Act
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field
• Experience managing environmental reviews for landfill projects with the County of San Diego Department of Environmental Health & Quality
• Expert understanding of County of San Diego environmental compliance protocols
