California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements gathering and documentation for project needs
• Lead and mentor the project team while overseeing technical aspects and ensuring project methodologies are applied consistently
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and resolving any issues that arise

Required Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of extensive experience in Project Management, preferably in government or regulated environments
• Four (4) years of experience as a senior PM on large or complex IT projects
• Bachelor's Degree required; additional experience may substitute for education
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• Three (3) years of experience supporting California Department of Technology Project Approval Lifecycle (CDT PAL) Stage 2-4 projects
