California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic and operational objectives in Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time California Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage data analysis for process improvement, lead meetings, and collaborate with market leaders on executive presentations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify and implement process improvements
• Lead strategic and operational meetings across various markets
• Facilitate business process design and document current and future states

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Training in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
• 5 years of project management experience with complex projects using PM methodologies
• 5 years of experience in making presentations to senior management and stakeholders
