California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing complex iterative validation workflows, the full-time California Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage linguistic validation projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while serving as the primary client liaison and mentoring project team members.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate validation workflows, including harmonization and cognitive debriefing, to ensure project accuracy and compliance
• Act as the main project manager on multi-project assignments, maintaining effective communication with clients and team members
• Provide training and support to project managers and maintain accurate project documentation and data reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of successful experience in linguistic validation project management
• Prior experience in the translation industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of project management procedures and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CAT tools
