California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects, the full-time California Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage CRM marketing service technical initiatives remotely, ensuring execution against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, manage schedules, and lead project status meetings to ensure timely delivery of value
• Assist in team development by holding team members accountable and removing roadblocks to enhance project capacity
• Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations and implementing effective project governance

Required qualifications

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and expertise in Agile and traditional project management principles
• Experience with CRM, Email, SMS, and Enterprise-Level PPM software such as Jira and Microsoft Project
• Operations and technical project delivery experience, preferably in a database agency or technology company
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience; MA or MS is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with all levels of management
