California Licensed Senior Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality improvement initiatives in behavioral health, the remote California Licensed Senior Quality Analyst will analyze clinical data, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with health plan customers while working full-time.

Key responsibilities:

• Support behavioral health quality improvement activities and performance projects for California health plan customers
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal leadership and external customers regarding quality metrics and initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted California behavioral health license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)
• 3+ years of professional experience in behavioral health or related healthcare function
• 1+ years of experience in a managed care or behavioral health quality environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications to create and present reports
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home workspace for remote work
