Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will work remotely to close technical and product talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies and priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for Engineering and Product roles, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outreach
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in closing technical and product talent, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting for engineering and Product Manager positions
- Strong relationship-building skills with engineering and product leadership
- Ability to utilize recruiting metrics and data to enhance processes
- Experience working independently in a fully remote and fast-paced setting
