California Licensed Senior Sales Representative

Job Summary

To enhance company growth and increase net revenue, the full-time California Licensed Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for marketing, selling, and promoting services to prospective clients while developing and maintaining client satisfaction from onboarding through hand-off to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Director in developing new sales strategies and tactics to address competitor challenges
• Collaborate with project teams to improve service delivery and product offerings
• Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in establishing new markets and training sales representatives in client acquisition processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid class C California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare or commercial laboratory settings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of laboratory instrumentation preferred
• Experience with sales force automation programs, such as CRM databases
