California Licensed Senior Security Analyst

Job Summary

Representing the security organization in customer-facing incidents, the full-time California Licensed Senior Security Analyst will own and triage security matters, ensuring timely communication and resolution while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to security incidents and inquiries from customers, enhancing their security posture
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams regarding security-related matters
• Develop and deliver training programs on security awareness and best practices for both internal and external audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in information security or application security roles
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or relevant experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM solutions and vulnerability management platforms
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, GDPR, and PCI DSS
