California Licensed Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Senior Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management, this full-time remote position will design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions across hybrid environments while driving modernization towards Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions while optimizing identity platforms for business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate identity-related risks and enhance security through automation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish standards for continuous improvement in enterprise identity security

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5-8 years of related experience in security solution design and implementation
• Experience with TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN/WAN technologies, and security controls for operating systems and applications
• Functional experience in designing security countermeasures for databases, user devices, and wireless networks
• Hands-on experience with authentication protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
