Job Summary

To build the future of prediction markets, the full-time California Licensed Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and scale core exchange infrastructure while optimizing performance and reliability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale core exchange infrastructure, including order matching and trade execution algorithms
• Develop fast and reliable APIs and data feeds that clients depend on, utilizing REST, FIX, and WebSockets
• Drive technical relationships with customers and conduct rigorous testing to ensure system reliability under pressure

Required qualifications

• At least 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on high-performance, low-latency systems
• Strong command of performant programming languages such as C, Rust, C++, Go, or Java
• Experience in TradeFi, prediction markets, crypto exchange infrastructure, or SOR
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with high agency and ambition
• Product-minded with strong decision-making skills and the ability to scope projects effectively
