California Licensed Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of high-performance applications, the full-time California Licensed Senior Software Engineer will focus on developing and optimizing enterprise retirement administration platforms using Oracle PL/SQL and Java in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Java and PL/SQL-based applications
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and data integrity across the application stack
• Mentor team members and collaborate closely with project teams to define scope and deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive software development experience
• Advanced experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Java
• Strong understanding of relational database design and performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle APEX, Git, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
