• Lead and manage the local team and support the firm's Director
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client relationships
• Review and manage individual, business, and trust tax return engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7 - 12 years of experience in tax preparation and review
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• CPA or EA certification required
• Direct experience managing staff and client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in strategy and operations
