Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough searches and examine public records to assess the status of property titles
• Review various documents affecting property title and assemble Preliminary Reports for Final Title Policies
• Mentor junior examiners and communicate effectively with various stakeholders in the title process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of California title examination experience
• Strong understanding of title examination processes and related documentation
• Experience with Data Trace, Titlepoint, and Deed Plotter software
• Good research and investigation skills, with knowledge of legal terms and developments
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn various software applications
