Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Licensed Senior Trial Attorney will manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, representing clients in court trials, hearings, and mediations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries
• Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• 2+ years of trial experience
• Strong background in procedural rules (e.g., Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure)
