Job Summary
Representing clients in various civil litigation matters, the fully remote California Licensed Senior Trial Attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution while providing counsel to business clients and collaborating with legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Represents insured individuals in the defense of bodily injury, property damage, and other insurance defense litigation matters
- Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Offers counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters while managing projects and fostering collaboration among legal teams
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- 4+ years of proven litigation experience or strong litigation-type skills
- First or second chair jury trial experience is preferred
- Proven experience with insurance defense is preferred
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
