- Underwrite a GWP $25-40M book of business
- Assist in overseeing underwriting functions and collaborate with business units to enhance performance
- Lead and develop a team of underwriters and underwriting assistants through coaching and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 7+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Professional insurance designations are a plus
- Previous management and leadership experience
