California Licensed Senior Workforce Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Workforce Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, training, and program reporting
• Act as primary liaison with funders and facilitate communication
• Lead development and implementation of grant/award management processes

Required Qualifications

• Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of related work experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred
• Experience with customer relationship management and project management software is highly desired
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
