Job Summary
Managing and optimizing the ServiceNow Field Service Management application, the remote California Licensed ServiceNow Administrator will enhance operational efficiency for field technicians by configuring scheduling, mobile capabilities, and inventory processes over a contract duration of 12+ months.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow FSM platform, including upgrades
- Configure and resolve issues within the Dispatcher Workspace
- Enhance the Mobile Agent app functionality for field technicians
Required qualifications:
- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- ServiceNow CIS-Field Service Management Certification
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
- Experience managing and configuring ServiceNow Field Service Management, including scheduling, mobile, and inventory modules
