Job Summary

Designing and developing Business Continuity Management solutions, the full-time California Licensed ServiceNow Developer will implement and enhance ServiceNow BCM modules while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational continuity requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and develop ServiceNow BCM solutions, including Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing BCM implementations to improve efficiency and compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow BCM or GRC modules
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
