Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of three years of professional experience with ServiceNow or two years of administration experience
• Preferred industry certifications related to ServiceNow
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses preferred
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
