Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Deployment- ServiceNow Adjunct Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses and engage students using effective instructional methods
• Develop and update course materials, including hands-on labs and assessments, ensuring alignment with college standards
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and college policies while collaborating with colleagues for program improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of professional experience with ServiceNow or two years of administration experience plus one year of IT Service Management experience
• Preferred industry certifications related to ServiceNow
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses
• Demonstrated knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
